News Cache service
When a major news event occurs, it's common for online news sources to be swamped, making them impossible to access at the time when they're most needed.
To mitigate those loading issues, I've set up some cached pages here which can make the news feeds from such sites available under such circumstances - when the sites are unavailable, the stories you see will simply be drawn from local cache.
At the moment, these pages use core functionality from this site's codebase and so cannot be run independently. If time permits, I will create some stand-alone code to perform a similar task that can be distributed to other sites.
